Takwa (“we”, “our”, “the app”) is a free browser-based pomodoro timer at www.takwa.app. Your privacy matters to us. Here's exactly what we do and don't do with your data.

What We Don't Collect

• No accounts or sign-ups
• No personal information (name, email, phone)
• No tracking cookies
• No data sold to third parties

What We Store Locally

Takwa saves your preferences (theme, timer settings, daily stats) in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand basic usage patterns (page views, country-level location, device type). This data is anonymous and aggregated — we cannot identify individual users. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. See Vercel's privacy policy for details.

Third-Party Services

The app is hosted on Vercel. When you visit the site, Vercel processes your request (IP address, browser info) as part of standard web hosting. We do not use any other third-party services.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Since we don't have your email, we can't notify you directly — check back here if you're curious.
