Takwa is a free productivity timer. We provide it “as is” with no guarantees of uptime, accuracy, or availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time.

Your Use

• Use Takwa for lawful purposes only
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the service
• Don't scrape, copy, or redistribute the app

Your Data

All your data (timer settings, stats, to-do items) is stored locally in your browser. We don't have access to it and can't recover it if you clear your browser data. You are responsible for your own data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

The Takwa name, logo, design, and code are our property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Takwa is provided free of charge with no warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost data, missed deadlines, or interruptions to your workflow.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Takwa after changes means you accept the new terms.
